Shipping

Our main form of shipping is through SingPost Airmail.

Domestic (Singapore):

We offer both registered and courier (Ninja Van) forms of shipping, but Astellora will not be liable for any loss of items or unreceived packages if you choose to opt for the unregistered option.

If you choose to opt for the courier option, a tracking number will be issued to you, after your order is dispatched, which will allow you to track the journey of your items as they work their way towards you.

Do note that with the pandemic, domestic post can take up to 4 days to reach you after posting for registered mail, and 1 week for unregistered mail. 

International:

We only offer the registered mode of shipping. Once your order is dispatched a tracking number will be issued to you which will allow you to trackage the journey of your items as they work their way towards you.

Do note that with the pandemic, international packages can take much longer with packages to the USA taking up to 8 weeks to reach you. However, if you do need quicker shipping please contact me and I can offer you priority shipping (1-7 days) although that comes with a higher shipping cost.
